Uttarakhand: Real Diwali celebrated in Uttarakhand by lighting lamps of 41 houses, celebration at CM residence, people danced vigorously

The government and administration have heaved a sigh of relief after the completion of Uttarkashi Silkyara Tunnel Rescue Operation. On the 17th day, 41 workers came out of the tunnel safely. Everyone was first admitted to Chinyalisaun CHC. After that today he was brought to Dehradun by Chinook helicopter and admitted to AIIMS Rishikesh. On the other hand, CM Dhami announced to celebrate Diwali today at Dehradun CM residence. He also invited the family members of the laborers to the CM residence.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today celebrated ‘Igas Bagwal’ (Diwali) at Dehradun CM residence to commemorate the successful rescue of all 41 workers trapped inside the Silkyara Tunnel. He invited the families of the workers to celebrate Diwali at the Chief Minister’s residence in Dehradun. Many cultural programs were organized in the function. His wife Geeta Dhami, Uttarakhand BJP President Mahendra Bhatt, many BJP leaders and officials were present in the program. CM Dhami honored the family members of some of the 41 workers (present in Uttarakhand) who participated in the ‘Igas Bagwal’ ceremony. CM Dhami also danced during the ‘Igas Bagwal’ function.

CM Dhami praised those who contributed to this rescue. He said that PM Modi and the central team were very supportive in this rescue. Earlier, while handing over checks of Rs 1 lakh each to the laborers recruited in Chinyalisaun CHC as assistance amount, CM Dhami had said that due to the accident, we could not celebrate Diwali this time. Now after all the workers have been safely rescued, Diwali will be celebrated today.

BJP workers worshiped

On the safe return of 41 laborers trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel of Uttarkashi in Tehri after 17 days, BJP workers offered special mass worship at Navdurga Temple Bauradi. The workers said that this difficult operation could be completed due to the blessings of Gods and Goddesses along with science. He thanked PM Narendra Modi, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, police, NDRF, SDRF and all the agencies involved in the rescue operation.

Travel operation with the tireless efforts of double engine

In Laksar, Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal praised Prime Minister Modi and CM Dhami on the success of Silkyara rescue operation. He said that the rescue operation has been completed due to the tireless efforts of the dumb engine. The workers will now celebrate Diwali again with their families.
