21st convocation of UPES University organized, degrees awarded to 2,656 students

The 21st convocation ceremony of UPES University, Dehradun was organized on Saturday. Degrees were awarded to 2,656 students in the program. Along with this, gold medals were awarded to 15 students and silver medals to 61 students.

The 21st convocation of UPES University on Saturday celebrated the outstanding achievements in the field of academics and research. Degrees were awarded to 2,656 students during the programme. Uttarakhand Governor Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh was present as the chief guest of the program.

15 students were awarded gold medals and 61 students were honored with silver medals
The outstanding work of students was recognized during the academic year 2022-23. During the event, 15 gold medals, 61 silver medals, 6 silver plates and 24 citations were also distributed to CCE graduates. School of Computer Science, School of Health Sciences and Technology and School of Modern Media had 100% placement of all the students and the maximum package was Rs 36 lakh per annum.
