Snowfall in Yamunotri and Niti Valley
Rain and snowfall continues in the hilly areas of the state. Due to snowfall, the temperature is continuously falling. There was heavy snowfall in Neeti Valley of Chamoli and Yamunotri of Uttarkashi on Sunday.
Weather patterns changed in the state
The weather pattern has changed in the state. Snowfall continues in the high mountain areas while rain continues in the low lying areas. Due to which it is extremely cold. While on one hand tourists are heading to Uttarakhand to enjoy this weather, on the other hand local people are also facing problems due to this.
Heavy snowfall in Yamunotri and Niti valley
There was heavy snowfall in Neeti Valley of Chamoli district and Yamunotri of Uttarkashi district on Sunday. The temperature has dropped due to snowfall. The effect of which is also being seen in the plains. It has been raining in many areas across the state since Monday morning. So there are clouds in the plains. Due to which the cold has increased.
Beautiful view seen after snowfall
After snowfall in Neeti Valley and Yamnotri, a very beautiful view was seen. The hills are shining absolutely silvery white. Along with this, there has also been snowfall in the areas around Yamunotri Dham. Due to snowfall the temperature has dropped to minus.
