Uttarakhand: On Armed Forces Flag Day, Director and Deputy Director of Sainik Welfare hoisted the flag to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami
On the occasion of ‘Armed Forces Flag Day’, Director of Soldier Welfare and Rehabilitation Directorate Brigadier Amrit Lal (Retd) and Deputy Director Colonel MS Jodha (Retd) hoisted the flag to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister’s residence on Thursday. .
The Chief Minister said that we are proud of our brave soldiers who are always ready to protect the country. This occasion of ‘Armed Forces Flag Day’ is also a day to remember and express gratitude towards the unforgettable sacrifices and services of the vigilant guards of the nation.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has also appealed to the citizens of the state to contribute to the ‘Armed Forces Flag Day Fund’ for the welfare of military families.
