Uttarakhand / Udham Singh Nagar: Death due to stitches in tongue, angry family members accused doctors of negligence

In the case of death of a young man after getting stitches in his tongue, the family members of the deceased youth have accused the doctors of negligence and demanded action.

Family members accused the doctor of negligence
The family members of the deceased expressed their anger by protesting outside the clinic. The family members alleged that the doctors put stitches on Nitin’s tongue. Due to which his condition worsened and the young man died on December 5. Deceased Nitin’s father Naval has filed a complaint with the police accusing the doctor of wrong treatment.

When no action was taken in the matter even after three days, the family members staged a protest outside the clinic. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot. The police have assured to take action against the culprit on the basis of post mortem report.

In Sitarganj, a young man’s tongue got cut while eating food. After which the young man’s family took him to a private hospital. Doctors put stitches on his tongue. After which the condition of the young man started deteriorating. When his condition worsened, the family took the young man to another hospital. Where the young man gave a dam during the treatment.
