Please tell that this case started on 26 number 2021, when Ayush Khemka of Kanpur was married to a businessman’s daughter. Both sides are rich and are from the same caste. The wedding was done in a grand way. The baraatis were taken by airplane to Goa. VIP was accommodated at the resort. The couple also got married. But Ayush says that just after marriage, the bride told her that she did this marriage under pressure and she loves someone else. A few days later, the bride’s lover’s in-laws started coming and going. Ayush has shown CCTV footage as evidence. Due to this, the controversy between the husband and wife increased and there was a discord in the house.
Case of dispute between husband and wife is going on in court
Ayush said- I did not tell anyone about the wife. She said on a honeymoon day that she will not allow her body to put her hand and will not be my wife. But when I protested, she started threatening suicide. Later, he called his maternal uncle and family, who beat me up. Also took jewelry etc. from the house.
Regarding this, Ayush lodged an FIR with the police but the police did not take any action on the accused. Because, Ayush’s wife’s maternal uncle is a renowned businessman of the city. On the contrary, the evidence of CCTV etc. disappeared by the discretion of the opposite case and FR (final report) was written by writing the wrong statement. On which Ayush again appealed to the court. Now the court has ordered a re -inquiry of the case. After this order, DCP Central has handed over the investigation to ACP Anwarganj.
At the same time, no one is ready to speak from the side of Ayush’s wife in this case. But in his complaint, he has filed a case against Ayush and his family in serious cases like dowry, harassment, assault, threatening. The police is also investigating this case. For almost two years, the case of this high profile wedding of Kanpur has been entangled in the court-court affair.
