After the crushing defeat of Congress in the recently concluded assembly elections, a period of change has begun in the party. The party changed state presidents in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. In MP, Jitu Patwari was appointed President of Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee with immediate effect. Kamal Nath was till now the State President. Whereas in Chhattisgarh, Deepak Baij has been appointed President of Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee. Along with this, Congress has appointed Charan Das Mahant as the CLP leader of Chhattisgarh with immediate effect. While Umang Singhar has been made CLH leader and Hemant Katare has been made the deputy leader of Madhya Pradesh.
If we talk about Rajasthan, a period of change has started here too. The change in Rajasthan Congress has started from Youth Congress. Where Abhimanyu Poonia, close to Sachin Pilot, has been made the state president of Youth Congress by removing Gehlot’s close aide.
Abhimanyu Punia is MLA from Sangriya seat
Abhimanyu Punia is close to Sachin Pilot. In the recently concluded assembly elections, 33-year-old Abhimanyu Punia has won a big victory from Sangriya seat. Congress was losing from Sangriya for the last two times. But this time the party gave a chance to Abhimanyu, who won by about 40,000 votes. After this victory, now Abhimanyu has been given the command of Youth Congress and he has been given a big responsibility.

The entire election was fought under his leadership. But after the defeat in the elections, now Congress leaders are distancing themselves from him.
Before this, Ganesh Ghogra, who was the state president of Youth Congress, is considered close to Gehlot. Ganesh has become MLA from Dungarpur seat for the second time. The removal of Ganesh Ghogra and giving the command of Youth Congress to Abhimanyu clearly shows that a period of change has begun in Rajasthan Congress.
