Scientist returned after spending 17 minutes in the “gates of hell”, told his shocking experiences

The “Gate to Hell” has again become a topic of discussion in a country located in Central Asia. (Door To Hell) A 100-foot deep and 230-foot wide crater in the Karakum Desert, 260 kilometers north of Turkmenistan’s capital Ashgabat, has remained a mysterious puzzle for scientists and tourists for the past few decades. Fire has been continuously coming out from inside this pit for the last four decades. The reason for this is that dangerous gases are flowing inside it. This crater has a blazing temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius. Pictures and information about it were posted by the X handle @CureBore, which has received millions of views and thousands of likes.

In 1971 it was named Door To Hell. Till date only one person has been able to reach here. Canadian George Koronis was the first person to enter the crater in 2013 to find out if life was possible inside the fiery crater. Is there any bacteria present there which can survive even at such temperatures? And what poisonous gases are present inside it? For this, scientist George had prepared for two years. He stayed here for 17 minutes and the things he told when he came back were shocking.

Some bacteria were found in the soil at the bottom of this place, which can survive even in this hot temperature. On this basis, scientists hope that aliens may be present on the planets around the Sun. Because terrible hot temperatures and poisonous gases are also present there. “Those 17 minutes in Door To Hell are deeply ingrained in my mind,” George said. It was very scary and much bigger and deeper than I thought. George had descended to the bottom of this pit and brought some samples of soil, ash and gas from there.

George told that when he was on the way, he was wondering whether his suit would support him or not. Or the ropes with which they are tied will not break in the middle. According to George, there are several stories about how the Door To Hell fire started. One of these is that in 1971, Soviet Union scientists did drilling here, but when poisonous gas started leaking from inside, they set a fire here to stop it, and since that time this fire has been burning continuously.
