Uttarakhand: Dhami’s decision regarding original residence is welcome, put an end to rumours: Mahendra Bhatt
BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt termed CM Pushkar Singh Dhami’s decision regarding native residence in the state as a welcome step and said that it is a good decision taken in the interest of the original residents of the state.
Bhatt said that clear instructions have been given regarding the Domicile Certificate that now the Domicile Certificate holders no longer need a permanent certificate. However, earlier also instructions for this had been issued in the year 2007. In Uttarakhand, original residence certificate holders were being forced to get permanent residence certificate. Even the departments will not be able to force it.
Bhatt said that CM Pushkar Singh Dhami is serious about the problems of the common people. He said that the CM is serious about the interests of unemployed youth and competitive candidates.
He said that the party is alert about the confusion being spread regarding the original residence and under any circumstances the common man will not have to face difficulties.
