In Kashipur, miscreants entered a house and took a father and son hostage and beat them up. After this he ran away from the house with cash and jewelery worth lakhs.

In Kashipur on Tuesday night, miscreants entered a house and committed theft worth lakhs. The case of robbery of SBI ATM had not been solved till now when the miscreants carried out another incident. It is being told that some masked men forcefully entered the house of school director Yashpal Singh Chauhan located on Dadiyal Road, took his son and him hostage and beat him up. After this they ran away from the house with cash and jewellery. It is being told that more than eight miscreants had entered the house.

Masked miscreants came with weapons
According to the information received, masked miscreants entered the house of Yashpal Singh Chauhan at around 1:30 am on Tuesday night. He and his son Himang were taken hostage and beaten. During this time, two girls living on rent in the house woke up. He locked himself in the room and informed the police and neighbors about the incident. But by the time the neighbors arrived the miscreants had fled after the robbery.

The thieves could not be found
On information from neighbors, police reached the spot and started searching for the miscreants. But till now the police have not been able to find anything about the miscreants. Police have registered a case after the complaint and have started investigating the matter.
