Uttarakhand: BJP state president claims, after copying and conversion, BJP will bring strict land law

BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt clarified regarding the land law that our government is committed to preserving the basic concept of state building. Appealing to be patient and refrain from the propaganda of political parties, he said that after the strictest anti-copying and conversion law, BJP will also bring a strict land law for the stakeholders of the indigenous people.
Responding to the media’s questions on the issue of land law, Bhatt said, our own government had formed a high level committee under the chairmanship of the retired Chief Secretary to look into the reforms made from time to time in the land law, their discrepancies and necessary suggestions. . Whose report has been received by the government and it is seriously considering it. It is very important to analyze the policy and technical aspects of the draft submitted by the committee. Besides, it is also important to take advice regarding the legal points of the report so that it cannot be challenged in any way in the future. Taking all these issues into consideration, a high level drafting committee has been formed to thoroughly test this draft and prepare a strong legal draft. Therefore, all social, institutional and personal parties need to be patient regarding this entire sensitive topic.
Bhatt said, the BJP government represents the views of the people of the state and public sentiments are also reflected in its policies. This is the reason why to secure the future of the youth, our government brought the country’s most stringent anti-copying law. To foil the conspiracy of those who attacked the demography and religious cultural identity of the state, we implemented a strict conversion law. He claimed that our government will bring a strict land law after due process and will also implement it on the land.
Responding to Congress’s support to the proposed land law movement, he said that the public has full faith in the government, but the opposition parties including the Congress are busy spreading confusion. He took a jibe at the Congress, which neither supported a separate state when it was in power nor worked on its core issues after the creation of the state. They have no option but to support all such movements. Anyway, he is continuously engaged in backdoor conspiracies to tarnish the image and atmosphere of his party and state.
