Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the interaction program with the beneficiaries of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra through video conferencing. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a virtual conversation with Rubina B of Gram Panchayat Jamgod on Wednesday under the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. When Rubina B told that she has bought a car, the Prime Minister praised her and said that you have a car but I do not even have a bicycle. The program is being organized under Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Gram Panchayat Jamgod. Under this programme, the Prime Minister is talking to beneficiaries across the country.
After this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in a virtual conversation with Arjun Singh of Tripura, a beneficiary of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. Addressing the beneficiaries of the Vikas Bharat Sankalp, PM Modi said, “For the first time, a pan-India health checkup is being conducted. Health check-up of about 1.25 crore people has been done. “70 lakh people have been medically examined for tuberculosis.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Nowadays, along with Ayushman Bharat cards, ABHA cards are also being made rapidly. People are not aware about ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) card that this card will keep the record of medical reports. Medicine prescriptions, blood group information and other details..everything”
Told about Ujjwala scheme
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “After the launch of Vikas Bharat Yatra, 4.5 lakh new applications for Ujjwala gas connections have been received… More than 1 crore Ayushman cards have been distributed to the people of the country. Health check-up of about 1.25 people has been done. Vikas Bharat Yatra is reaching far and wide and connecting people. I would like to thank the people of the country, especially the women, for making this program a huge success. Vikas Bharat Yatra started about 50 days ago, but it has already reached lakhs of villages…”
