Fine of one lakh recovered from polythene owner

Where hundreds of banned polythene bags were kept in the rooms of a house. Meanwhile, Assistant Commissioner of GST Department, A.K. Singh, says that a fine of Rs 1 lakh has been imposed on the polythene owner.
