Death of the oldest woman in Hamas captivity confirmed, President Biden expressed grief
The oldest Israeli woman in Hamas captivity has died. Israel’s Kibbutz Nir Oz said on Thursday that its resident Judith Weinstein Hagai was killed by Hamas terrorists on October 7. Till now it was believed that Judith was still in captivity of Hamas. Let us tell you that Hamas had also killed Judith’s husband Gadi Hagai in the October 7 attack.

According to media reports, Judith and her husband were out on a morning walk when Hamas terrorists attacked Israel on October 7. Judith and her husband were also believed to be among the eight American citizens who are in captivity of Hamas.
Israeli attacks continue in Gaza
The Israeli army carried out an air strike on Gaza’s southern city of Khan Younis on Thursday. The Israeli military has said that additional forces will be deployed in Khan Yunis. Khan Younis is the hometown of Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar. The Red Crescent Society in Palestine said at least 10 people were killed in the bombing near Gaza’s Al Amal hospital. About 14 thousand refugees are taking shelter in Al Amal Hospital. Gaza’s Health Ministry has claimed that 20 people, including women and children, have died in the bombing in Gaza’s Rafah city on Thursday. Dozens of people have also been injured.
The Israeli Army has said that 167 of its soldiers have been killed during the operation in Gaza. A total of 500 soldiers have been killed since October 7. 314 civilians have also been killed in Israeli attacks in the West Bank of Palestine. Israeli forces raided money exchange shops in the West Bank. The Israeli Army has received information that funding to Hamas was being done through these money exchange shops. The World Health Organization has said that a situation of starvation has arisen in Gaza and people are looting trucks carrying food and relief materials.
