Uttar Pradesh: Akhilesh Yadav’s claim! Said – ‘If BJP returns to power in 2024, it will take away voting rights’
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has accused BJP of misusing religion and betraying the public to fulfill its political interests. The SP supremo was addressing a program in Nagla Dandi area of Etah district of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday, during which he made the above comment. He said, ‘BJP’s job is to deceive the public. BJP has been using religion for politics since day one.
Akhilesh Yadav alleged that inequality has increased in the BJP government. He said, ‘Cheating is the behaviour, business and strategy of BJP. She is working to snatch away the rights and respect of the people. To eliminate this inequality, Samajwadi Party has called upon the PDA (Backward, Dalit and Minority) to unite. He also claimed that inflation and unemployment are at their peak in the country.
‘2024 elections are a chance to save democracy and the Constitution’
He said, ‘People are worried, the poor are not getting treatment in hospitals. The BJP government harasses and defames opposition leaders by implicating them in false cases. The public will oust BJP from power by voting in favor of the opposition India Bloc in 2024. He described the 2024 Lok Sabha elections as an opportunity for the people to ‘save democracy and the Constitution’. Akhilesh Yadav alleged that the BJP government at the Center ‘suspended the opposition MPs’ to avoid facing public questions.

The SP chief said, ‘This is the same Bharatiya Janata Party which formed the new Lok Sabha. See the new tradition of Lok Sabha that maximum number of MPs were expelled. To avoid the questions that should have been answered, MPs were expelled from the Lok Sabha. The youth entered the Lok Sabha, which is the most important area. He doesn’t even want to run the Lok Sabha. People have to be very careful. If they (BJP) come to government again, they will take away the voting rights from the people.
‘India Bloc will defeat BJP on all seats of UP’
Akhilesh Yadav also claimed that India Bloc will defeat BJP on all 80 Lok Sabha seats of Uttar Pradesh. He said, ‘Only if BJP loses, democracy and the Constitution will survive.’ Regarding PM Modi’s visit to Ayodhya, Akhilesh Yadav said that the youth do not have jobs. All these programs are being organized so that the youth of the country do not ask for jobs and employment. On the question of attending the life consecration program of Ram Lalla, the SP chief said, ‘Our tradition and ancestors say that when God calls, everyone goes. And who knows when God will call whom?’
