Fake notes worth Rs 5 crore were circulated in the market, but Rs 50 lakh were found missing

Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested three accused with fake notes worth Rs 50 lakh. These people had created a setup to print fake notes. According to the police, in the last 5 years these three accused also circulated fake notes worth Rs 5 crore in the market. The arrested accused have been identified as Asif Ali, Danish Ali and Sartaj Khan. All of them are residents of Badaun, Uttar Pradesh.

According to the information, a few days ago the Special Cell of Delhi Police received information that a young man named Asif was selling fake notes indiscriminately in the market. After this, when the police started investigation, it was found that he had also made a proper setup in Badaun. Where he prints fake notes. Then he sells that money to fake note dealers in different areas of the country. Meanwhile, Delhi Police came to know that Asif was going to come near Delhi’s Akshardham Metro station with a large amount of fake notes.

After receiving this information, Delhi Police set a trap near Akshardham Metro Station. When the police spotted Asif around 10 pm on Sunday night, they tried to catch him. Asif saw the police and tried to run away but was caught. Along with him, two other associates Danish and Sartaj were also arrested by the police.

After this, when the police checked Asif’s TUV vehicle, fake notes of Rs 500 each and Rs 50 lakh were recovered from it. After the arrest of these three, the police presented them in the court on Monday and took them on remand for 4 days. During the demand, Delhi Police took these three to their hideout in Badaun and found a complete set of printing fake notes. Which included laptop, printer, ink and paper.

Delhi Police was surprised when they came to know that these people have been doing the business of fake notes for the last 5 years. The accused told the police that they had made fake notes worth Rs 5 crore in the last 5 years and sold them to smugglers in different markets. At present, the police special is scanning the entire network.

One of the three accused, Danish, is studying medicine under the Unani method. Whereas, the third accused Sartaj has good knowledge of computers. And he also runs a computer center in his village of Badaun.
