A laborer died in a bear attack in Sidcul. Two workers who were returning home after looking for work were suddenly attacked by a bear. The laborer injured in this attack died during treatment in the hospital. While a laborer saved his life by running away.
Both laborers were returning home by bicycle
According to the information received, Ravin Sardar (58), son of late, resident of Gram Sabha Surendranagar, was in search of work on Monday morning. Khirod Sardar had gone to SIDCUL with his partner Prashant Sarkar (52), son of Shivpad Sarkar. Both were returning in the evening. Meanwhile, a bear that came out of the bushes on the way attacked him.
One died, one saved his life by running away
When the bear attacked, laborer Ravin got trapped in the bear’s clutches while Prashant somehow saved his life by running away from there. As soon as information about the incident was received, Ravin’s son reached there and took him to the hospital. But he died during treatment.
