Let us tell you that amidst the truck drivers’ strike, a video of the Collector of Shajapur surfaced on social media on Tuesday, in which he is seen asking ‘Aukat’ from a driver during a meeting. Later Collector Kishore Kanyal had expressed regret over the use of this word.
In fact, the collector lost his temper during the meeting with the drivers union representatives. It is seen in the video that when a representative of the drivers requested the Collector to talk to them properly, he asked the drivers and others not to take the law into their hands. He said to each person, what will you do, what is your status?

Chair not left even after clarification and apology
Shajapur Collector Kishore Kanyal had apologized for the statement regarding ‘Aukat’. At the same time, in his clarification he had said, “The district and police administration had called a meeting of 250 drivers of the district. In fact, many of those drivers had created a lot of nuisance on Monday. Due to this, a meeting was called in the Collector’s office and the drivers were advised not to take the law into their hands. Express your protest democratically. Meanwhile, a person attending the meeting was repeatedly disrupting the meeting and saying that if the demands are not met by January 3, we can go to any level. At that very moment these words came out of my mouth. If anyone has been hurt by my conversation, I am sorry.”
