Maharashtra: Eunuchs created havoc in a moving train, looted 40 passengers, assaulted many people, two eunuchs arrested…

A case of robbery and assault with passengers in a moving train has come to light in Nagpur, Maharashtra. According to the information received, some criminals assaulted the passengers and looted their luggage in the Pune-Hatia Express train. All the people who looted were disguised as eunuchs. Their number was about 6. People dressed as eunuchs looted about 40 passengers. It is being told that Rs 500-500 were looted from the passengers and many passengers were also beaten up.
Riot at midnight
According to the information received, at around 1 am on the intervening night of January 3-4, the Pune-Hatiya Express train left from Wardha Railway Station towards Nagpur. As the speed of the train increased, the eunuchs entered the general bogie from the sleeper compartment. They started assaulting the passengers, demanding Rs 500 from each passenger and assaulted those who did not give. Some people gave them money out of fear. After robbing around 40 passengers, depositing their money, when the speed of the train slowed down before Ajni railway station in Nagpur, all the people got down from the train and ran away.
Two accused arrested
A passenger traveling in the train informed the police control room about the incident. RPF jawans were ready on the platform before the train arrived. The train reached Nagpur railway station at around 1.50 pm. The passengers looked frightened. The passengers collectively narrated their ordeal to the railway police, after which the police arrested two eunuchs at the behest of the victims and the search for four is still going on.
