Uttarakhand: Legal noose tightened on industrialist Sudhir Windlass, CBI filed charge sheet after his arrest

Now CBI has started tightening the legal noose against industrialist Sudhir Windlass. CBI has already arrested Sudhir Windlass and some of his associates on 21 December 2023. This entire matter came to light in the year 2022. When a complaint was made against Sudhir Windlas for illegal occupation of a land in Rajpur area. A case was registered on the matter in the year 2022 itself. The complaint about the matter was made on behalf of Sanjay Singh Chaudhary. Two cases were registered on his behalf in Rajpur police station. CBI has filed chargesheet in the court regarding both these cases.

Based on all aspects of the investigation, CBI arrested Sudhir Windlass and his three associates. On the other hand, CBI has interrogated all of them. Now chargesheet has also been filed in the special court of CBI. In this way, both the CBI and the accused parties will present their respective sides in the court on the charge sheet.

Industrialist Sudhir Windlass has been in the news for a long time regarding land fraud. In these cases, the police was also investigating at its own level. Dissatisfaction was expressed on the part of the complainant over the said investigation. After which the government handed over the investigation of this entire episode to CBI.
