CM Dhami inaugurated Uttarakhand Youth Festival, see schedule of programs

On Friday evening, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the Uttarakhand Youth Festival at Dehradun Parade Ground. On this occasion, departmental minister Rekha Arya and regional MLA Khajan Das were also present. On the occasion of inauguration of Uttarakhand Youth Mahotsav, CM Dhami said that this Youth Mahotsav will prove to be effective for the youth. During this, Chief Minister Dhami announced the formation of one youth cell in every development block.

CM Dhami also asked all the youth to follow the ideals of Vivekananda. CM Dhami said that we need to assimilate the path shown by Swamiji and his ideals in our lives. So that we can contribute to building a better India. On this occasion, AAP departmental minister Rekha Arya said that the Youth Mahotsav gives a platform to the youth to hone their talent. The Sports Minister said that the youth should be guided on the path shown by Swami Vivekananda and his ideals. Need to walk.

▪️Organization of group folk dance, story writing and group folk song competition among the participants of teams from all the districts and open entry teams. Organization of tug-of-war and other sports competitions for the entertainment of the local citizens participating in the exhibition.

▪️Speech and discussion with youth on the topic Youth As Job Creators by Professor Mahendra Pratap Bisht, Head of Department (Geography), HNB Garhwal University.

▪️Mega employment fair organized in Youth Mahotsav in collaboration with Sainik Welfare Department and ITDA.

▪️Cultural programs of women band and cultural groups will be organized in the cultural evening.

7 January schedule

▪️Organization of group folklore competition, poster/painting, solo folklore competition among the participants of teams of all the districts and open entry teams.

▪️Organization of throw ball, musical chair and other sports competitions for the entertainment of local citizens participating in the exhibition.

▪️There will be speech by Yuvraj Singh Negi, Motivational Speaker and discussion with the youth on the topic Youth As Job Creators.

▪️Performances by young Uttarakhandi singers Ruhan Bhardwaj and Karishma Shah as part of the cultural evening.

▪️Competitions of solo photography, speech and yoga practice among the teams selected from all the districts and the teams selected through open entry.

▪️Organization of spoon race and musical chair game competition for the entertainment of local citizens participating in the exhibition.

▪️Speech by Biru Negi, Retired Director Udyan on the topic Youth As Job Creators.

▪️Competition of classical dance, classical singing and classical playing among the selected participants and open entry participants from all the districts.

▪️Organization of cockfight, musical chair and other sports competitions for the entertainment of the local citizens participating in the exhibition. Also, as part of the display of traditional games, the display of Malkhamb genre.
