Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Pujit Akshat distribution started in Drona Vatika Colony of Sahastradhara Road, Pujit Akshat Kalash will be distributed door to door in five lakh villages of the country

The distribution of worshiped Akshat started today with much fanfare in Drona Vatika Colony located on Sahastradhara Road. Colony President Raj Dev Yadav, Secretary Sudhir Mehta, Treasurer Balraj Krishna Dixit took out Kalash Yatra from the temple located in the colony to the houses of 150 families living in the colony. Akshat and leaflets were distributed widely. An appeal has been made to celebrate the festival by distributing Akshat in five lakh villages of the country. Taking cognizance of the appeal of the union, the colony official has taken this program forward. A bag of Akshat has been made. A request leaflet was also given along with the bag, in which an appeal was made to distribute Prasad by doing Utsav, Bhajan, Kirtan, Hanuman Chalisa, Sunderkand recitation, Aarti in nearby monasteries and temples on 22nd January.

Secretary Sudhir said that to make the Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav historic and wonderful, the distribution of Pudit Akshat has already started in five lakh villages of the country. Colony officers and residents living in the colony wore yellow clothes and distributed the worshiped Akshat and leaflets in Drona Vatika situated in Sahastradhara. Let us tell you that along with this, an appeal was also made to celebrate the festival on 22nd January by distributing Akshat in every village and every house. On the appeal of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust General Secretary Champat Rai Sangh and VHP officials, this program is being organized by Sangh officials and many other important social workers across the country.

Colony President Rajdev Singh Yadav has appealed to the colony residents to celebrate Deepotsav by lighting at least five lamps at home in the evening. Akshat distribution will start from January 1 and will continue till January 15. Hundreds of women devotees and colony residents participated in this program held in the colony.
