First fold your hands… Why did CJI Chandrachud say? should always strive to be better
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, the Supreme Court Bar Association organized a blood donation camp on Friday, which was inaugurated by Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud. Apart from the Chief Justice, other judges of the Supreme Court also participated in this program.
While inaugurating the blood donation camp, CJI Chandrachud said that this effort taken by the Bar Association on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda is a good initiative to pay tribute to his birth anniversary. Swami Vivekananda ji says that we should be conscious of the broader purpose of our existence. We should always try to be better for others in our everyday life.
CJI Chandrachud said that this blood donation camp shows how much lawyers care for people and how much they care for the society. The CJI along with the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) also thanked the doctors who have come to the Supreme Court for this blood donation camp. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah also said that blood donation camp is a good thing and we should donate blood for the convenience of the people in the society.
