Rapid transfers started in Uttarakhand, 9 PCS and 10 police officers transferred
Just before the Lok Sabha elections in Uttarakhand, the process of transfers of officers has intensified. In this series, while the government released the list of transfer of many PCS officers, the police headquarters has also changed the responsibilities of 10 police officers.
Two orders for transfer of PCS
Uttarakhand government has changed the responsibilities of 09 PCS officers. During this period, the government has issued two separate orders. In one order, three PCS officers have been transferred, while in the other list, 6 PCS officers have been changed.

Additional Secretary Personnel in the government Karmendra Singh has released the list of transfers of three PCS officers. In these, Kishan Singh Negi has been removed from the post of Special Land Acquisition Officer and given the responsibility of Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Dehradun. Apart from Joint Director Urban Development, Ms. Mukta Mishra has also been given the additional charge of Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Office of the Chief Electoral Officer.
Smrita Parmar has been removed from the post of Deputy Secretary, Uttarakhand Information Commission and has been given the responsibility of Special Land Acquisition Officer, Dehradun. Rahul Kumar Goyal has been removed from the post of Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Rishikesh. He has been attached to the Commissioner’s office of Garhwal division. Shailesh Singh Negi has been removed from the responsibility of Deputy Collector Tehri and has been given the bigger responsibility of Municipal Commissioner Municipal Corporation Rishikesh.
Chatar Singh Chauhan has been removed from the post of Deputy Collector Uttarkashi and has been made Deputy Collector Pauri. Yukta Mishra has been sent from Deputy Collector Dehradun to Deputy Collector Pauri. Abrar Ahmed was sent from Pauri to Deputy Collector Chamoli. Nawazish Khaliq was removed from Deputy Collector Pauri and given the responsibility of Deputy Collector Uttarkashi.
Transfers in police department also
On the other hand, the Police Headquarters has also made changes in the responsibilities of a large number of officers in IRB and PAC. In the order issued by Additional Director General of Police Amit Kumar Sinha, the responsibilities of Deputy Superintendents of Police have been changed. Baljit Singh Bhakuni has been sent to Assistant Army Commander IRB I Ramnagar, Shyam Dutt Nautiyal has been sent to Assistant Army Commander 40 PAC Haridwar, Bhupendra Singh Bhandari has been sent to Nainital district.
Bhupendra Singh Dhoni has been made Assistant Commander 31 PAC Rudrapur, Avinash Verma has been made Assistant Commander 46th PAC Rudrapur, Surendra Prasad Baluni has been appointed Assistant Commander 40 PAC Haridwar, Vandana Verma has been appointed Assistant Commander 31 PAC Rudrapur, Shivraj Singh has been appointed Assistant Commander 46 PAC Rudrapur, Rakesh Rawat has been appointed Assistant Commander 46 PAC Rudrapur. Commander IRB I Rudrapur and Purnima Garg have been sent to Assistant Commander IRB II Dehradun.
