Through the application given in the court, the victim Gopal Singh made many serious allegations against the policemen. Gopal alleged that on December 13, 2021, constable Virendra took him to the hospital for medical treatment. After getting the medical done, instead of presenting him in the court, he was taken to the police station.

Here, he was taken to the computer room, his hands and feet were tied and he was beaten badly with sticks and sticks. It is alleged that Inspector Khemendra threatened her with a pistol in his hand and said that if she said anything about this in the court, he would encounter her on the way while taking her to jail or while bringing her back. Frightened by this incident, he could not give his statement in the court.
