Arvind Kejriwal will not go to ED office even on fourth summons!

ED has asked Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to appear on Thursday in the money laundering case related to excise policy. However, this time also there is doubt over his appearing before the ED. According to sources, Arvind Kejriwal is on a three-day visit to Goa from Thursday. In such a situation, it is believed that he will not appear this time also.

AAP can send their reply to ED

Let us tell you that Arvind Kejriwal said on Wednesday that he will do whatever is right according to the law. However, even before this, Kejriwal has not appeared before the ED on three summonses. The Enforcement Directorate had sent summons to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the fourth time last week and called him for questioning on January 18. There is a possibility that for the fourth time also he will ignore the summons and send his written reply to ED.

Kejriwal, who reached an event on Wednesday, in response to a question regarding ED’s summons, said, ‘We will do whatever is required under the law.’ He did not clarify whether he would appear before the ED or not. But from the indications received from Aam Aadmi Party sources, it seems that unless the ED makes it clear to Arvind Kejriwal in what capacity he is being called for questioning and seeks answers to them by sending written questions. Why is the CM insisting on his personal appearance for questioning after that, till then the CM will not appear before the ED.

AAP can also approach the Supreme Court

Considering the attitude of ED, Aam Aadmi Party can also legally approach the Supreme Court for the defense of the CM. Arvind Kejriwal is also going on a three-day visit to Goa from Thursday, where he will review the party’s preparations for the Lok Sabha elections. In such a situation, the possibility is that only a written reply to the summons will be sent by the CM to the ED.
