Uttarakhand: Rape with a nine year old child in Dehradun, revealed after his health deteriorated, case registered

A shameful incident has come to light from the capital Dehradun. A man raped a nine year old child in ISBT area. The matter came to light when suddenly the child’s health started deteriorating. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused.

Child molestation

The incident happened a month ago. According to the information received, the accused runs a bicycle puncture shop in ISBT area. The woman told the police in her complaint that her nine-year-old son complained of sudden severe pain in the body. When they asked the child the reason for this, the child narrated his ordeal.

The innocent child had gone with a friend to get a puncture done

The child told that a month ago he had gone to a bicycle puncture shop with his friend. The accused gave five rupees to his friend and asked him to leave the shop. After this, he forcibly dragged the child inside the shop and closed the shutter of the shop. After this the accused committed misdeeds with the innocent child.

Revealed when child’s health deteriorated

The accused sent the child home after threatening to kill him if he told anyone. Due to fear the innocent child did not tell this to anyone. The incident came to light only after a month when the child experienced severe pain in his body. The child’s family has filed a complaint with the police regarding the matter.

Search for the accused continues

Regarding the matter, Patelnagar Kotwali police said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against the accused Mamin, resident of Gol Market ISBT. Police is raiding in search of the accused. Soon he will be arrested and sent behind bars.
