Uttarakhand: CM Dhami participated in the “Ram Rajya Shobhayatra” program organized by Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha Utsav Committee

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the “Ram Rajya Shobhayatra” program organized by Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha Utsav Committee, at the Parade Ground, Dehradun on Saturday. During this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the dream of all Ram devotees of more than 500 years of waiting to build a grand Ram temple is coming to an end. After the sacrifice of thousands of saints, Ram devotees and Sanatan lovers, we will all become witnesses of this holy day.

The Chief Minister said that we all will witness the consecration of the idol of Lord Shri Ram to be held in Ayodhya on 22 January. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the path to build Ram temple has been paved. Today, under his leadership, our country is moving forward on the path of continuous progress. He said that Lord Ram also has a special relationship with Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. There is Raghunath temple dedicated to Lord Ram in Devprayag and clean flowing Saryu river in Bageshwar district. The origin place of Maa Saryu is in our Uttarakhand and Ram is seated in Ayodhya Dham on the banks of Saryu.

The Chief Minister said that the people of Uttarakhand are always ahead in Ramkaj. Along with declaring holiday in educational institutions on 22nd, the state government has also declared holiday in government offices till 2:30 pm. He said that the Uttarakhand government had requested the Uttar Pradesh government to provide land near Ayodhya Dham for building Uttarakhand Sadan in Ayodhya, the land has been allotted to the Uttarakhand government. He said that a grand Uttarakhand Sadan will be built for the people of Uttarakhand on about three acres of land. He said that after the consecration of the idol of Lord Ram in Ayodhya, the Uttarakhand government along with the cabinet will go to Ayodhya to visit the Ram temple.

The Chief Minister said that every Uttarakhand resident is celebrating the death anniversary of Ram Lalla with full pomp. Under the cultural festival within the state, cleaning campaigns and bhajan kirtans are going on in various temples and ghats. He said that Uttarakhand is continuously progressing due to the grace of Lord Ram. We are witnessing the consecration of Ram Temple when India became the fifth largest economy in the world, Article 370 was abolished from Kashmir, G-20 was successfully organized in the country, which was witnessed by the whole world.

On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, MP Smt. Mala Rajyalakshmi Shah, MLA Khajan Das, Vinod Chamoli, Smt. Savita Kapoor, RSS state pracharak Dr. Shailendra Singh, Mahant Raman Goswami, Mahant Krishna Giri Maharaj, General Secretary Organization Ajay Kumar, Siddharth Aggarwal and Other people remained present.
