Casinos will remain closed in Goa on 22nd January due to Ram Mandir Utsav, there will be no work for some hours
Preparations have been completed for the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony to be held in Ayodhya on Monday. Along with the temple, the entire Ayodhya city is being decorated like a bride. The auspicious time for the consecration of Ramlala in the Ram temple will be from 12:29:8 to 12:30:32 on January 22, 2024. In such a situation, only 84 seconds will be available for the consecration of Shri Ram’s life. In view of this special festival, it has been decided to keep all the casinos in Goa closed for eight hours.
Respect for the sanctity of Ram temple
In a media report, Majestic Pride Group Director Srinivas Nayak said that a decision has been taken to keep all the casinos in Goa closed in respect of the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Casinos will be closed from 8am to 4pm on Monday.
Will keep the casino closed for a few hours
Srinivas Nayak, Director, Majestic Pride Group, said that when everyone is taking a day off from their businesses, why not do the same to participate in this once in a lifetime event. Therefore, we have decided that the casino will be closed for a few hours.
Let us tell you, the Goa government has already declared a holiday on Monday for all government, semi-government and autonomous bodies on the occasion of the Ram Temple consecration ceremony in Ayodhya city of Uttar Pradesh.
