India’s Bharat averted defeat by scoring a century, dedicated the century to Ram Lalla by placing a string on his bow.

Wicketkeeper batsman KS Bharat, who is trying to make a regular place in the Indian cricket team, dedicated his century to Lord Ram by offering pratyancha (putting an arrow on a bow). While playing for India A, he scored a brilliant century against England Lions and at one time took the India A team, which was going out of the match, to the position of winning the match. In this unofficial Test match, India A was set a target of 490 runs to win in the fourth innings. The Indian team had lost 5 wickets for 219 runs, and at one time India A was facing defeat, but Shrikar Bharat played an explosive inning of 116 runs in 165 balls. At the time the match was declared over, India A had scored 426 runs losing 5 wickets in 125 overs and were just 64 runs away from the target.

When Shrikar Bharat reached the century mark during his innings of 116 runs, he did something that the whole of India is now talking about him. After scoring the century, he celebrated by putting the string on the bow and dedicated his century to Lord Ram. Now this video of his is going viral on social media.

It is noteworthy that the England team is touring India. A series of 5 test matches will be played on this tour. To prepare for this tour, both the teams have also organized a match of junior teams. This is called an unofficial test match, in which players compete for a place in the main team. In this way the match was played between India A and England Lions. In which England Lions, batting first, declared the innings after scoring 553 runs at the loss of 8 wickets. In response, India A was reduced to just 227 runs. However, the Lions did not allow India A to follow on and declared the innings at 163 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in the second innings and set a target of 490 runs for India A.

India A made a very poor start in the second innings. The team’s first wicket in the form of captain Abhimanyu Easwaran fell in the very first over, he could not even open the account. India also lost the wicket of Rajat Patidar (4 runs) on the score of just 6 runs. Sarfaraz Khan (55) was also out on the total score of 93 runs, while the fourth wicket fell in the form of Pradosh Ranjan Paul (43) on the total score of 158 runs. Sai Sudarshan (97) was out as the fifth wicket. After this, on the field, KS Bharat played an aggressive inning of 116 runs in 165 balls. At the same time, Manav Suthar remained on the field till the end after scoring 89 runs on 254 balls. This match could be saved only because of Manav Suthar, in which KS Bharat had at one time shown India A the path to victory.
