Jharkhand: FIR registered against CRPF, JMM and Bhim Army for entering the restricted area in the case of ED’s interrogation of CM.
FIR lodged against CRPF in the case of Chief Minister Hemant Soren being interrogated by ED. An FIR has been lodged against CRPF for entering the restricted area. 03 FIRs have been registered in this case. A case has been registered against CRPF, JMM and Bhim Army in Gonda police station.
An FIR has been registered for violation of Section 144 and entering the restricted area. Along with JMM workers, FIR has also been registered against Bhim Army workers. Along with this, due to the arrival of hundreds of CRPF personnel in the high security zone, a case has also been registered against CRPF. FIR has been registered on the written complaint of the Town CO. The police of Gonda police station is engaged in the investigation of the case.
