Mexico also got its first temple of Lord Ram today, the idol was brought from India
Today, on the occasion of the consecration of Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir, Mexico got its first temple of Lord Ram. This temple is located in Queretaro city. The idol of God present in this temple has been brought from India. Worship at the temple was conducted by American priests in the presence of the Mexican hosts. The event was filled with beautiful bhajans and songs sung by NRIs.
Indian Embassy in Mexico announces Ram Mandir
Announcing the temple, the Indian Embassy in Mexico wrote, First Lord Ram temple in Mexico! On the eve of the consecration ceremony in Ayodhya, Mexico’s Querétaro city has become home to the first Lord Ram temple. Queretaro also has Mexico’s first Lord Hanuman temple.
The Embassy further informed that the consecration ceremony was performed by an American priest with Mexican hosts and the idols were brought from India and sacred hymns and songs sung by Indian immigrants were echoing in the hall.
