In MP, a lawyer threw a shoe at the judge in a crowded court, tried to snatch the case file by climbing on the stairs

A lawyer threw a shoe at the judge inside a courtroom in Madhya Pradesh’s Agar district. However, the judge saved himself from injury by ducking in time. The incident took place on Monday in a court in Agar district, when the judge was hearing a case, police said.

Meanwhile, a heated argument broke out between two lawyers representing two different parties, to which the judge objected. Angered by this, lawyer Nitin Atal, who was already engaged in an argument with his opponent, suddenly took out his shoe and threw it towards the judge. However, the judge ducked down in time to save himself. He also tried to snatch the case file by climbing on the stairs.

Later the judge informed the local police about the incident and a case was registered against Nitin Atal. “The accused has been booked under sections 332, 353, 294 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code,” a police officer said. However, the accused has not been arrested yet. Police said a search operation has been launched to nab the accused. On receiving information about the incident, Agar District Collector and SP reached the court. A crowd of police and lawyers also gathered there.

Lawyer absconds after the incident

SDOP Agar Motilal Kushwaha said, First District and Additional Judge Pradeep Dubey, posted in Agar Malwa District Court, gave a complaint to the police and told that during the cross-examination of the complaint in the court, Agar Malwa lawyer Nitin Atal tried to snatch the power of attorney from his hand. . Not only this, when the dispute escalated, lawyer Nitin Atal also threw a shoe at him. The judge also told that before anyone could understand anything, the lawyer fled from there. On the complaint of Judge Pradeep Dubey, the police registered a case against lawyer Atal under various sections of the IPC including obstruction in official work and indecent behaviour.

Nitin Atal has been quarreling with judges before also

Nitin Atal, who practices in Agar and Shajapur district courts, has reportedly clashed with judges in the past as well. Sources familiar with the matter said that Nitin Atal, who has close relations with politicians, has often misbehaved with the court employees.
