Famous singer Bhavatarini passed away, died due to cancer

Famous Tamil singer Bhavatharini (Bhavatharini Passed Away) died of cancer at the age of 47, according to reports she was undergoing treatment in Sri Lanka. Bhavatharini was the daughter of famous music director Ilaiyaraaja and a playback singer. She was battling liver cancer for a long time and breathed her last today at 5 pm in Sri Lanka. He has told that Ilaiyaraaja’s daughter and a playback singer Bhavatharini said goodbye to this world this evening. He paid tribute to Bhavtarini and wrote – May her soul rest in peace. She won the Best Female Playback Singer award for the Tamil song ‘Mayil Pola Ponnu Onnu’ from ‘Bharti’.

His last music album was for the Malayalam film ‘Mayanadhi’. He sang in Tamil films like ‘Anegan’, ‘Bharathi’, ‘Kadhalukku Mariyadhai’, ‘Azhagi’, ‘Friends’, ‘Paa’, ‘Mankatha’ and so on.
