Israeli forces attacked West Bank hospital and killed three terrorists, raided in the guise of women and medical workers
Amid efforts for a ceasefire in Gaza, Israeli secret forces on Tuesday killed three Palestinian terrorists in a dramatic raid on a hospital in the West Bank. The hospital workers were left speechless by the attack by Israeli forces who entered the hospital disguised as women and medical workers. Gaza’s Health Ministry condemned the attack and appealed to the international community to put pressure on the Israeli army to stop such operations on hospitals. Said, in the last 24 hours, 114 Palestinians have been killed and 249 people have been injured in Gaza.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli forces stormed the Ibn Sina hospital complex in Jenin town in the West Bank. A hospital spokesperson said there was no retaliation, meaning it was a targeted attack.
Terrorists are using the hospital to hide
At the same time, the Israeli army defended its action without providing any evidence that the terrorists were using the hospital to hide. Israeli forces said that among the killed terrorists, one was a Hamas member, the other was associated with Hamas’s affiliate Islamic Jihad and the third was a local terrorist from Jenin. Claimed that one of them was busy collecting arms and ammunition as part of a plan to attack.
Hospital security camera footage circulated on Internet media showed about a dozen secret force personnel, most of whom were armed. They were dressed as women and medical workers. A man wearing a surgical mask held a rifle in one hand and a folded wheelchair in the other.
Israel handed over the bodies of about a hundred Palestinians
Israeli forces handed over the bodies of dozens of Palestinians killed in Gaza last week to the Palestinian Authority. Gaza’s health ministry did not immediately confirm how many bodies had been handed over. However, local residents put the number at around 100. Gaza’s Health Ministry has said that since October 7 last year, 26,751 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks while 65,636 people have been injured.
Efforts for release of hostages and permanent ceasefire continue
Efforts for the release of hostages and a permanent ceasefire continue by Israel, Qatar, Egypt and the United States. Hamas is studying the proposal for a ceasefire agreement. Meanwhile, the Netanyahu government in Israel has been threatened by its far-right allies that they will withdraw support from the government if any agreement is made carelessly.
