Bumper transfers of IAS and PCS officers in Uttarakhand, DM of Uttarkashi changed, see full list
By making changes in the responsibilities of IAS and PCS officers in Uttarakhand, new responsibilities have been given on various important posts. In particular, Abhishek Ruhela, who was the District Magistrate of Uttarkashi district, has been removed. In his place, Meharban Singh Bisht has now been given the responsibility of District Magistrate of Uttarkashi.
IAS officer Harishchandra Kandpal has been given the responsibility of Director Employment Haldwani, removing the important responsibility of Vice President District Development Authority Udham Singh Nagar. Ravneet Cheema has now been removed from the post of Additional Secretary Labor and Agriculture and given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Animal Husbandry and Fisheries.
At the same time, Vishal Mishra has been removed from Chief Development Officer Udham Singh Nagar and sent to Chief Development Officer Tehri Garhwal. On the other hand, IAS officer Manish Kumar, who till now was looking after the responsibility of Chief Development Officer Tehri Garhwal, has got the responsibility of Chief Development Officer Udham Singh Nagar.
Transfer of PCS officers
Similarly, 12 PCS officers have also been transferred. While there has also been a change in the responsibility of an officiating Deputy Collector. PCS Mohan Singh Barnia has been removed from the post of Secretary Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority and has now been given the post of Additional Commissioner Excise. Jai Bharat Singh has got the responsibility of Joint Chief Administrator Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority.
Pankaj Kumar Upadhyay has been made General Manager in Kumaon Mandal Development Corporation. Yukt Mishra has got the responsibility of Deputy Secretary, Uttarakhand Information Commission. Kaustubh Mishra was given additional charge of Secretary District Development Authority Udham Singh Nagar. Abj Prasad Vajpayee has been made City Magistrate Haldwani.
PCS Richa Singh was sent to Additional Director Training Directorate, Haldwani. Kusum Chauhan was made Deputy Collector Haridwar. Tushar Saini has been made Deputy Collector Nainital. Kumkum Joshi has been brought on the responsibility of Deputy Collector Dehradun. Whereas, PCS Chandrashekhar has been sent as Deputy Collector Chamoli. Bhagat Singh Fonia was made Deputy Collector Rudraprayag.
