Uttarakhand: 6th February will be a historic day for the country, after the introduction of UCC Bill, everyone’s worries will go away – CM Dhami

The special session of the Assembly called for the purpose of implementing the Uniform Civil Code in the state has started from February 5. After the completion of the proceedings of the first day of Uttarakhand Assembly session, the House has been adjourned till 11 am on February 6. At the same time, 6th February is going to be a historic day for the state of Uttarakhand. Because, on this day, the Uttarakhand government will table the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) Bill in the Assembly House. It will be passed as soon as it is discussed.
The BJP government seems to be very excited about the UCC bill which is going to be passed in the assembly session. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami says that the bill which is going to be implemented in the state of Uttarakhand was awaited for a long time. People are eagerly waiting for the Uniform Civil Code. Not only the people of Uttarakhand are waiting for this but the entire country is waiting for it. The whole country is watching Uttarakhand at this time. We are bringing UCC for all sections of people including mother power, youth in the state. Which will be presented in the House as a bill on Tuesday 6 February.
CM spoke on the opposition’s question
At the same time, on the question being raised by the opposition regarding Uniform Civil Code, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the Uniform Civil Code will move forward according to what the Constitution of India says. However, the draft has not yet come to the House. In such a situation, when the UCC will be presented in the House in the form of a draft bill, then everyone’s concerns will be resolved. CM said that every category of people has been taken care of in the Uniform Civil Code. Therefore, no one needs to worry or get worried from now on. Because after the UCC Bill is tabled in the House, the problems of all the people will go away.
CM Dhami said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a visionary. Are going to see the future. The PM cares about every person, group and mind of the country. Along with this, we are looking after the interests of all the youth, teenagers and students of the country. The PM knows very well what kind of difficulties the youth and participants face. This is the reason why PM does whatever work is required by the people. Therefore, the country needs an anti-copying law, which is coming on the ground under the leadership of PM Modi.
