Even though he is not among us today, we will all carry forward the work he has done in his field.

Call to protest against UCC

Due to the Assembly session, various organizations and parties have called for protests against the UCC during the session. In view of this, the police has geared up. Police will install barriers and conduct intensive checking at selected places in the city. The SSP has instructed the policemen to take action against those indulging in anarchy.

SSP Ajay Singh has instructed the policemen to keep their conduct restrained while on assembly duty. Along with this, he has been asked to reach the duty place on time. He was briefing the police force to be deployed for security during the session on Sunday.

He said that barricading has been done on three sides of the assembly building. A large number of police forces will be deployed at the spot during the procession demonstrations. In view of this, SSP Ajay Singh gave directions to the police officers.

Do not create confusion

He said that the officers appointed on the gate duty of the Assembly building should thoroughly check the people coming. No flammable substance or suspicious object should be allowed inside. He directed the officers to brief their subordinates well in advance so that no confusion can arise at the time of duty. Any complaint regarding behavior will not be tolerated. The SSP also gave instructions to do videography of every type of incident.
