Uttar Pradesh: The family members were shedding tears on the death, suddenly the old man appeared

The family members were crying after the news of death of an elderly resident of Chanderpur village of Bhogaon police station area of Mainpuri in a road accident, when suddenly he appeared in front of them. The family members were shocked to see the old man alive. Due to mistaken identity, the police got the post-mortem done on someone else’s body, after which the police took the nephew of the old man who had filed the complaint to the police station for questioning.

This is the whole matter

65-year-old Devi Dayal, resident of village Chanderpur, had gone to visit a relative in village Sulkhanpur on Sunday. When he did not return home at night, his family thought that he might have stayed with his relatives. On Monday morning, the family got information that the old man had been the victim of a road accident and the body was lying near village Chhachha. The family members reached the spot crying. Narendra Singh, nephew of the deceased, identified him. After which the police sent the body for post-mortem. As per the legal procedure, the police also conducted the post-mortem of the dead body. But meanwhile suddenly Devi Dayal arrived at his home. The family members were shocked to see him alive. At first I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Nephew in custody

Devi Dayal told that due to rain he had stayed at his relatives’ house. When the police came to know that the old man was alive, they asked who was the person whose post-mortem was done. The police have taken the nephew who lodged the complaint into custody for questioning.
