Uttar Pradesh: High Court, water tank, railway bridge will be closed in Prayagraj from February 11, movement of pedestrians and two-wheelers will continue

Due to damage to the Khusro Bagh railway bridge located near the High Court water tank, the district administration has directed to close it from February 11. During the meeting held at Sangam Auditorium of DM office on Thursday, DM Navneet Singh Chahal asked the Public Works Department to make alternative arrangements for transportation.

However, during this period, two-wheeler and pedestrian traffic will continue on the bridge. For this, barricading will be done on both sides of the bridge. In the coming days, traffic on both sides will be started on the newly constructed railway bridge located next to this bridge.

Public Works Department Chief Engineer representative Kamini Kaushal, Executive Engineer Provincial Block PK Rai, Executive Engineer Naveen Kumar, ADCP Traffic Shailesh Singh, Tempo Taxi Union President Raghunath Dwivedi were present in the meeting.
