In Bareilly, IMC chief Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan announced the arrest, accusing him of creating an atmosphere of hatred against Muslims in the country. On Friday, before going for Friday prayers, he made sharp statements. Maulana said that we have been forced. An atmosphere of hatred has been created in the country.

He said that if someone has committed any crime then he should be arrested. If someone is a criminal then why are bulldozers being run on his house, madrassa and mosque. The house, madrassa and mosque have not committed any crime. We will oppose this.

He said that we will protect ourselves. We have the legal right to kill anyone who attacks us. Maulana said that the rights of the court are being violated. Under pressure from the government, the police is doing the wrong thing. She is working to spoil the atmosphere of the country.

Tauqeer Raza said that police, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena all together want to destroy the country. He said that now we are not going to stop against this dishonesty. They are starting this movement from Bareilly. It will be run across the country.

Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan left his house at around 1.30 pm on Friday afternoon. He reached Ala Hazrat Masjid near Islamia Maidan amid tight security. As soon as this information was received, a crowd of his supporters gathered. Supporters raised slogans against the government.
