It is being said on social media that during a meeting, the DM got angry and hit the BDO by throwing a paperweight. After this, the angry BDO showered shoes on the DM.

UP Congress has also attacked the government by tweeting regarding this matter. Congress wrote, “A case of shoe-fighting has come to light between DM Sahib and BDO Sahib in Agra. It is being told that DM Saheb got upset over some issue and hit BDO Saheb by throwing a paperweight. In return, BDO sahib beat DM sahib with his shoe. Where else can such circumstances be seen except in Uttar Pradesh of the country’s popular Chief Minister? What will be the condition of the people where the bureaucracy itself remains busy in shoe-gazing?”

However, no one is ready to tell what is the truth of this whole matter. However, an FIR has been lodged against the BDO by the District Magistrate. A case has been registered in Rakabganj police station against this conduct of BDO Anirudh Singh Chauhan. On the complaint of Assistant Development Officer Panchayat Pankaj Kumar, a case has been registered against the accused BDO under sections 323, 504, 506 and 332.

When the District Magistrate, while reviewing Barauli Ahir, sought information from BDO Anirudh Singh on the slow pace of development, he became agitated.
