Haldwani came from Bihar in search of work, three bullets hit in head in Banbhulpura violence, painful death

While on one hand the Haldwani violence has left a black mark in the history of Uttarakhand, on the other hand it has given never-healing wounds to many people. Six people died in this violence. Out of which one death was of a youth from Bihar. Who had reached Haldwani on February 8 in search of work. But during the violence, he died tragically after being hit by three bullets in his head.
Young man came to Haldwani from Bihar in search of work
24-year-old Prakash Kumar Singh, resident of Chenegaon in Bhojpur district of Bihar, had left for Haldwani from Bihar a few days ago in search of work. But here he did not get work but he definitely got death. He died after being shot during the disturbance in Banbhulpura. During the violence, he was hit by three bullets in his head. On Sunday, the youth’s brother-in-law reached Haldwani, identified the body and took it to Bihar after post-mortem.
Prakash had reached Haldwani only on February 8
According to the information received, Prakash Kumar Singh son of Shyam Dev Singh had completed his graduation this year. After which he was looking for work. In search of work, he left home for Uttarakhand on February 6 and reached Haldwani on February 8. But he died on the evening of February 8.
The responsibility of the house was on the shoulders of Prakash
It is being told that the family members were calling Prakash since the afternoon of February 8. But he did not pick up the phone. The family members were calling continuously but did not talk to Prakash. When the phone was picked up, the family members talked to the police. Police informed the family about Prakash’s death.
Prakash was the sixth among seven siblings. In which there are five elder sisters and one younger brother. Being the eldest son of the family, Prakash had many responsibilities. To fulfill these, he came to Uttarakhand in search of work. The police have started investigating the weapon that caused Prakash’s death.
