Uttarakhand / Champawat: Heavy collision between truck and car in Lohaghat, one seriously injured
On Monday morning, around 8.30 am, there was a massive collision between an Alto car and a truck coming from Karnakarayat towards Lohaghat on Lohaghat Khetikhan Road. The Alto car driver was seriously injured in this accident.

There was a head-on collision near Chodha Dhek between car number UK 03TA 1409 in Lohaghat and canter number UK 03CA 2277, which was going towards Karnakarayat after filling sand from Chalthi. Alto driver Suraj Kumar, age 18, son of Raju Ram, resident of Malla Dhek, was seriously injured in the accident.

Lohaghat MLA Khushal Singh Adhikari was stuck for one and a half hour in the traffic jam caused by the accident.
