He said that in the past too, on October 26, his shop was occupied and looted by land mafia, for which he had given a written complaint to the Mussoorie administration and the police, but no action was taken by the officials involved in corruption, after which he approached the court. The shop owner was kidnapped at gunpoint, made to drink liquor and beaten up.
