‘If injustice happens’, Rakesh Tikait’s first statement on farmers’ movement, gave this warning to Modi government

Amidst the farmers’ protest, Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait has said that there are big capitalist companies in the country, which have formed a political party. They have taken over this country. In such a situation, problems will arise.

In Bengaluru, Karnataka, he further said – If any injustice is done to them (farmers) and the government creates any problem for them, then neither those farmers are far from us nor Delhi is far from us.

This time BKU is not involved in the movement

At present, Bharatiya Kisan Union is not involved in this movement of farmers. Regarding this, Bharatiya Kisan Union spokesperson Rakesh Tikait says, “This march has been called by the Kisan Union. These organizations had kept themselves away in the previous movement. None of these organizations has even contacted us. Everyone is on their own. The programs are being conducted properly. Whatever the government is doing is wrong. The problem should be solved through talks. The government should not use nails etc.” He further said, “Our rural India is closed on 16th February. If they face any problem, we will also become active. If there is a problem with the farmers, we will march to Delhi. There are many organizations in the country. Farmers should not be stopped at the borders. Let them come. Everyone has the right to come.”

BKU President said this

At the same time, BKU President Naresh Tikait has also attacked the government’s arrangements to stop the farmers. Speaking to ABP Live, he said, “Different states have different demands. But will the farmers always remain on strike, will they always march towards Delhi? The government should pay attention to this. This obstinate attitude “It’s not going good for anyone.”
