Sonia Gandhi filed nomination for Rajya Sabha from Jaipur, Priyanka and Rahul were also present

Former Congress president Sonia is the party’s candidate from Rajasthan in the Rajya Sabha elections. He has filed his nomination from Jaipur today. During this time Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi were also present with him. Former CM Ashok Galhot, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie and PCC President Govind Singh Dotasara received Sonia Gandhi at Jaipur Airport. Even before Sonia reached Jaipur, nomination forms were filled and sets were prepared. Along with the nomination form, 10 MLAs each got signed as proposer and supporter. Congress party has also released the list of its candidates for Rajya Sabha elections. The last date for filing nomination papers is 15 February.

Sonia has been a Lok Sabha member continuously since 1999
