Is this an alien? Surprising view of Sahara desert seen from space in NASA’s video

People have always been interested in talking about other planets and aliens. Space scientists also often keep taking pictures of other planets from the space station to know more and more about the universe. A similar video is being seen a lot on the internet these days. This video, shared on X from an account named Wonder of Science, is said to be taken from Johnson Space Center NASA. Looking at this video, it seems that these are pictures of Mars or Mercury, but the interesting thing is that these pictures are not of any other planet but of our own Earth.

Our earth looks strange

Actually, this video taken from the space station is of that part of the Earth where the vast Sahara desert is located. Because of this huge desert it seems as if this is not Earth but some other planet. Therefore, it has also been clarified in the caption given along with the video that this planet, which looks like an alien planet due to the storms, tornadoes and clouds rising in the desert, is actually Earth. Commenting on this video, a user wrote that when such spectacular clouds and storms are visible on Earth itself, then why do we need aliens.
