The attacks of Houthi terrorists in the Red Sea are not stopping. Houthi terrorists fired a missile targeting a British oil tanker coming to India. The US State Department said the missile targeted the oil tanker MT Pollux. It was fired from Yemen. The oil tanker suffered minor damage in the attack. The crew members present on it are safe.
What is the whole matter?
Pollux had departed from Novorossiysk, a port city on the Black Sea in Russia, on January 24. It is scheduled to reach Paradip, India on 28 February. Indian Oil Company has a refinery of three lakh barrel per day capacity in Paradip. The SA-owned vessel is operated by Oceanfront Maritime on behalf of Sea Trade Marine SS. No comment has been made by either firm in this regard.
Houthi terrorists issued statement
Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi terrorists have said that as long as Israel continues to take action against Palestine, they will continue attacking ships in the Red Sea in support of the people living there. Houthi leader Abdul Malik al- Houthi said that this campaign being run by us has had a big impact on the enemies. Due to continuous attacks on ships passing through here, global trade is being affected.
