The husband had sold the village house without informing her 6 months ago. After this, the wife called her two sons living in Surat and conspired to murder her husband. After this, both the sons killed their father who was sleeping near the tube well.

According to the information, the body of 43-year-old Harishchandra was found two days ago in a hut built on a farm in Roshanpur village of Jehanabad police station area. In this case, the police had registered a case of murder against unknown people on the complaint of the younger brother of the deceased. When the police investigated this incident, it came to light that there was a personal dispute between the deceased Harishchandra and his wife Nirmala Devi 12 years ago.

Harishchandra’s wife Nirmala lived separately with her two sons Rajkumar and Shivkumar. Harishchandra lived alone in a village house. After the murder, the police detained Harishchandra’s wife and two sons and interrogated them strictly and the sons told the whole truth.

The accused told the whole story to the police during interrogation

During interrogation by the police, Harishchandra’s sons told that after the separation of their mother, the father was living alone in a house built in the village. Six months ago, the father had sold the house to Kailash, a resident of the village, for Rs 1 lakh 40 thousand. His mother informed him about this and said that you guys should stay out, your father will sell all the property here. Following mother’s advice, we came from Surat and along with mother conspired to remove father from the way. After this, on the night of 13 February, the father was murdered while sleeping near the tube well in the field.

SP Uday Shankar Singh said that on February 14, information was given in Jehanabad police station that a person named Harishchandra was murdered on a farm under village Roshanpur area. Police reached the spot and investigated thoroughly.

During this time it was revealed that the two sons of the deceased lived in Gujarat, they came from Gujarat to the spot and they themselves carried out the incident. Police has arrested the two accused. The wife of the deceased, who was involved in the conspiracy of this incident, has also been arrested. The ax used in the incident has been recovered.
